Dr Sitha Adriana focuses on elderly health, diabetes care, preventative health, and chronic disease management – keeping people independent at home for as long as possible. Independence often depends on simple things: using an ATM, showering yourself, staying social and mobile.
With Australia’s aging population and aged care facilities struggling to keep up, the solution is clear: help people stay home. Sitha believes primary care, working with pharmacists, physios, and educators can do this best.
When she became an older mum, Sitha realised that she’d need to stay on top of her game health-wise to keep up with her daughter and not become a burden. This sharpened her commitment to aging well and she shares that same philosophy with her patients.
Dr Sitha says: ‘I don’t work in a paternalistic way – I work with you on the same level. I’m a guide, a coach, not a fixer. At the end of the day, you have responsibility for your own health but I can help guide you to get better. We do it together.’
We’re passionate about good health.
This means our whole team – GPs, nurses, allied health, specialists – work together to give you the time and attention you need. We get to know you, earn your trust, and use our combined specialties to offer new and improved models of care.

Our team sees this as a partnership with you because you know your own life best. And with each other, because great healthcare isn’t a solo act.
As a not-for-profit practice, we invest profits back into bringing fairness and quality healthcare to the communities who need it.
We put our passion into practice because that’s what the best healthcare needs.
