Private fees apply to most of our consultations at Yeerongpilly. For Medicare eligible patients, your rebate will be processed on the same day as your consultation. Our reception team can provide more information on the gap likely to apply once they understand the type of care you need.
We know your time has value and that not every conversation needs to occur face to face. We offer both video and telephone consultations for patients. For patients enrolled with our Yeerongpilly Clinic through My Medicare, we can offer rebate eligible telehealth even if you have not visited our clinic face to face in more than 12 months.
However, for procedures like iron infusions and assessments for private driving medicals for licenses, you will be eligible to receive your Medicare rebate.
Please remember to inquire about billing specifics when booking your appointment.
We bulk bill eligible government-funded health assessments, making comprehensive preventive care accessible when you need it.
This includes annual health assessments for people aged 75 and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and those eligible for disability health assessments, as well as the one-off 45-49 year old health assessment.
To inquire about specific fees, please contact us when booking your appointment or call our office.
We are happy to provide you with all the necessary information to help you understand our fee structure before booking your appointment online.

Bring your valid Medicare card to your appointment. We’ll use it to process your rebate, which is paid directly to your bank account within 48 hours.
If you don’t bring your card, we can’t claim on your behalf. You’ll need to pay the full fee and claim the rebate from Medicare yourself.

If you can’t make your appointment, please give us at least 4 hours notice. This gives us time to offer the slot to someone waiting.
We charge a $30 fee for missed appointments without notice. This fee isn’t covered by Medicare and needs to be paid before rebooking.

Your partners in good health, ready to care for you and your family today.

Please be advised that from 01/08/2025, our allied health providers will begin charging a Did Not Attend (DNA) fee for missed appointments without adequate notice, which is at least 24 hrs prior to appointment.
Important notes:
The DNA fee must be invoiced under the allied health provider’s name, not under the practice.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For team safety, we accept digital payments only.

Please note: We are a cashless practice and do not carry any cash on the premises.
If you can’t pay in person, we can send a payment request via HotDoc, email, or phone.
We believe every GP consultation can make a difference. We promise you’ll never leave our practice feeling like a number.
