Focused Clinics
Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you end up with a serious or ongoing condition. We’re here to help – and sometimes we can do more than you might expect.

Focused Collaborative Care
Some health conditions need multiple practitioners working together. Collaborative care involves bringing the right professionals together around you, with one coordinated treatment plan replacing multiple, separate visits.
This team-based approach is particularly strong for complex chronic conditions where joined-up care from doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals can make a meaningful difference to outcomes – and a better experience overall.
Inala has been our proving ground for bringing together teams of care. In 2008 we created an integrated care clinic for patients with diabetes which has been replicated in many locations. Independent studies verified its impact. Awards recognised its value.
Since then, we have opened a variety of other clinics because we are passionate about supporting good health. Our experience bringing together teams and negotiating how we will work together means you only need to tell your story once. That same focus on comprehensive patient care is what we create in each community and through each clinic. Our innovation never ends.
We think it’s exactly what health care should be.
