GP medical care

Comprehensive general practice care

Great GP care starts with a doctor who knows you — your history, your context, and what matters to you — not just the symptoms you bring today. It’s care that stays with you into the future.

We provide the full range of general practice services – treating common illnesses, preventive care, managing ongoing conditions and supporting your mental health. Your chosen GP works with our practice nurses, allied health team, and visiting specialists to coordinate your care.

Whether it’s a nurse helping you track your blood pressure between visits or running a specialist clinic for persistent pain, we connect the pieces of your care.

Appointments

Standard appointments cover one or two issues. If you need something more complex -full examination, multiple concerns, or a procedure – book a longer appointment so we can give you the time you need.

Telehealth Appointments

We offer telehealth appointments for patients we've seen at least once in the past 12 months or who are registered with the practice through MyMedicare. We'll need your billing details when you book so we can process payment after the call. For appointments involving vaccines, health checks, or procedures, let reception know when you book. We’ll arrange a nurse and the right room.

MyMedicare enrolment

Once you've found a GP you're comfortable with, we'll ask you to enrol with our practice through MyMedicare. This registers us as your usual practice, helps ensure continuity of care with your chosen GP, and may make you eligible for certain Medicare benefits.

Medical Records

Medical Records & Privacy

Your medical records are confidential. We won’t share them with anyone, including family members, without your written permission. If you need access to your records, our policy explains how.

We’ll only send records or results by email if you specifically ask us to, as email isn’t secure for health information. If you have questions about your care, book a telehealth appointment rather than emailing.

Transferring Medical Records

When you join us, we’ll request your records from your previous practice. If you leave, you’ll need to complete a form so we can transfer your records to your new GP. Reception can help.

About Us

More than Medical

It’s true. We’re passionate about good health.

This means our whole team of doctors, nurses, allied health, specialists, working together for you, giving you the time that the best care needs.

We’re gaining your trust, sharing notes, and using our combined specialties to new, improved models of care.

Our passion shows up as partnership, too. Partnership with you, because you know your own life best. And with each other, because great healthcare isn’t a solo act.

We think it’s exactly what health care should be.
